I am keen to work with Ranbir: Deepika Padukone

Model-turned-actress Deepika Padukone, who debuted alongside SRK in ‘Om Shanti Om’, made headlines because of her breakup with handsome actor Ranbir Kapoor.
Now the pretty Bollywood lass has publically declared that she has no problem working with her ex-boyfriend Ranbir, provided the script is good.
"Ranbir and I have decided that till such time we aren't offered a script that inspires us, we won't work together. I am keen to work with him. So is he. We looked great in BACHNA AE HASEENO," said Deepika.

Both had been paired opposite each other for the first time in ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ and their chemistry had been greatly admired.

Deepika’s attitude towards her ex is in total contrast with her contemporary Kareena Kapoor, who goes red in the face at the slightest mention of her ex Shahid Kapoor.

Deepika’s busy schedule in 2010
Leaving ‘Bachna Ae Haseeno’ aside, the young actress has only worked opposite 'seniors' actors like SRK in “Om Shanti Om”, Akshay Kumar in “Chandni Chowk To China” and Saif Ali Khan in “Love Aaj Kal.”

But in 2010 Deepika will be working with some of the Gen-X actors in films like ‘Khele Hum Jee Jaan Se’ alongside Abhishek Bachchan, ‘Karthik Calling Karthik’ with Farhan Akhtar, Yash Raj’s unnamed film with Neil Nitin Mukesh and Imran Khan in ‘Break Ke Baad.’

In 2010 alone as many as five of Deepika’s films will be up for release.

"Yes, 2010 is an eventful year for me. I hope to live up to the expectations that people have from me, after LOVE AAJ KAL," confirmed the pretty actress smilingly.

Deepika-Shahid just friends?
Recently, Deepika praised her talented co-star Shahid Kapoor, who helped her with her role in “Housefull.”

It looks like pretty actress forgot that maintaining friendship with male co-star is like a walk on double-edged sword in Bollywood, especially when the parties involved are single.

Tabloids are buzzing with speculations ever since both stars said that they are just "good friends".
