Anyway, Hema Malini looking radiant in a pink silk sari, while Bachchan exuded sartorial sophistication in a suit as they stepped on stage to receive awards for Best Face for Make-up at the Bharat & Dorris Hair Styling & Make Up Awards 2010 in Juhu, Mumbai on Saturday, October 2.

Hema's sari had gold and silver floral print and sequined border.

The 61-year-old Sholay star accessorized with a white sparkly clutch and exquisite jewelry - pearl drop earrings, diamond choker, a gold chain, two diamond bangles and two red color bangles in her right arm.

Her hair, styled in loose waves, draped her back. She wore pink eyeshadow on Kohl lined eyes, red lipstick and red bindi.

Bachchan, 67, wore a pin stripe suit that had a double breasted jacket.

Hema thanked all her past makeup artists for transforming her into someone whom audiences loved and raved about. She credited the moniker Dream Girl, that stuck to her following her role in the 1977 film, to the brilliant work of make up artistes.
