Prachi Desai as a host at Mumbai Film Festival: Prachi Desai sizzled in a scarlet floor length draped gown at the Mumbai Film Festival opening ceremony at Chandan Cinema in Juhu on Thursday, October 21.
She co-hosted the opening ceremony along with Minissha Lamba. Prachi, 22, paired her shoulder baring gown with golden heels.
Her long and voluminous hair was styled in loose waves. Bare minimum jewelry, cherry lipstick and bold rouge rounded her looks.

Prachi Desai Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Actress is Just look like A Dimple?
Prachi Desai Just Like A Dimple: The pretty damsel, Prachi Desai, who made her debut with the film Rock On!!, is immensely excited these days. And why shouldn’t she be? She is excited about her role in Ekta Kapoor’s Once Upon A Time In Mumbai. She is paired opposite to ‘serial-kisser’ Emraan Hashmi. The film is set in the 70s.
However, she’s excited about her look as well. She would be emulating the evergreen Dimple Kapadia’s look from the iconic Bollywood film Bobby for a song.
She was required to be dressed in the petite skirt in the unforgettable ‘Bobby’ style and to prepare for the look. Director Milan Luthria had given the lead pair and the other cast members a month’s time to work on their physical selves. Currently she is busy doing the rounds of radio stations and movie theaters to uphold their film.

Emraan Hashmi And Prachi is paired in Milan’s film Once Upon A Time In Mumbai
Prachi Desai News: Prachi Desai has escaped being at the receiving end of the serial kisser’s lips. Yes, we are talking about Emraan Hashmi with whom Prachi is paired in director Milan Luthria’s film Once Upon A Time In Mumbai.
The movie has Emraan playing an underworld don on the lines of Dawood Ibrahim, and Prachi plays the woman in his life.
We hear that neither Prachi nor Emraan was eager to do the kissing scene in the film. Each had a reason of their own.
While Emraan, who is married and has a kid, wants to move away from his serial kisser image as he’s a family man now, Prachi isn’t comfortable in locking lips with her male co-stars on screen. She even skipped kissing Rajiv Khandelwal in the yet-to-release Joker.
Director Milan Luthria wasn’t insensitive to Prachi and Emraan’s apprehensions and decided to chop off the kissing scene from Once Upon A Time In Mumbai.
The movie also stars Ajay Devgan and Kangana Ranaut. It’s slated to release in July.

Prachi Desai News: Prachi Desai will do a Bobby (a la Dimple Kapadia) for her next, Once Upon A Time In Mumbai.Says a source, "In the film, Emraan Hashmi plays a gangster based in Dubai, who's obsessed with Dimple Kapadia.
There's a song where Emraan and his girlfriend (played by Prachi Desai) watch Bobby and then Emraan gifts her Dimple's outfit.
“It's a passionate sequence which has Emraan and Prachi getting drawn to each other. Initially, the demure Prachi was reluctant to wear the bold outfit but the director Milan Luthria managed to convince her."
Prachi, says, "Emraan's called Shoaib in the film. I play his conservative Muslim girlfriend Mumtaaz. Bobby was a big hit at the time the movie was set in. Shoaib is inspired by multiple real life personalities and one of them had a fascination with Dimple's Bobby persona. Hence Emraan is seen gifting me outfits due to his fascination with Bobby."
Prachi says she was initially hesitant, "Dimple looked so gorgeous that I didn't want to be compared to her but Milan convinced me. In fact, Milan gave us a month to work on our bodies for the song. While he wanted Emraan to flaunt his six-pack in the song, he wanted me to tone down my body."
She adds, "The scenes were shot over few months. Emraan is one of my fav co-stars and I am most comfortable with him. I was clear we wouldn't kiss, though."

Style or no style, we love this fiery actress the way she is.
