Aishwarya Rai Bachchan News: From the Cannes Film Festival in the South of France to the French Open tennis tournament in Paris, globetrotter star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is really digging France right now!

While her hubby Abhishek Bachchan is busy working on his new movie Game in Istanbul, Ash enjoyed some time off with her parents at the French Open in Paris over the weekend, and judging by the photos, the Raavan actress was having a lovely time!

But it was not all play and no work for the busy star who was there to promote Longines watches for which she has been a brand ambassador for a while now, along with Abhi. The two were last spotted together in May at the Cannes Film Festival in the south of France where they promoted their latest movie Raavan and lit up the red carpet. And we're sure the happy couple is already missing hanging out together. While Ash is chillin' in Paris, Abhi has left Istanbul for Mumbai where we're sure they will meet up after their respective commitments.

The most amazing shots, were taken by the director Mani Ratnam, by making on the spot decisions, which to the surprise of everyone, no one could avoid or dare to even back out.

Reportedly, there were many instances in the movie, where the director had asked his actors to do an on the spot jump or climb or wade through muddy water or some bizarre action sequence.

One such shot taken on the spur of the moment, was when the cast and crew were at the Athirapally waterfalls in Kerala.The director instantly decided to make the actors, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and hubby Abhishek, who kidnaps Ash in the flick, climb the slippery slopes of the waterfall.

Most surprisingly, Aishwarya and Abhishek, who were not perturbed by anything that the director asked for, readily agreed to go ahead, with the ‘on the spot ‘decision of the director, and climbed the slippery turf of the waterfall.

The slopes were extremely dangerous to climb, and the fact that there was a lot of moss made matters worse.

However, the brave hearts, Aishwarya and Abhishek, have done extremely well in these difficult shots. The film releases on the 18TH of June, so watch out!

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan And Abhishek Bachchan New Film Raavan News: The Bollywood Real Life Superstars Couple Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan are all padded up to walk the red carpet in London as their hugely awaited summer bonanza shall premiere in the exotic city of London.

The premiere will be held in London on 16th June and Abhishek, himself, tweeted (yes, he, too, has been bitten by the twitter bug. So, what?) the information to his followers.

The Mani Ratnam’s brain child Raavan is a modern take of the Indian mythological epic Ramayan with Abhishek’s and Aishwarya’s character loosely inspired from Sita and the demoniacal Raavan.

However, unlike the epic, this tale has been told from Raavan’s point of view and is a story of glorification of the evil. In this flick, Abhishek essays Beera who will abduct Ash, the wife of South Indian actor Vikram who plays the character based on the hero Ram. However, rather than spinning the tale of heroics of Ram, this caper shall delve deep into the psyche of the corrupt-minded Abhishek and the circumstances under which he commits the heinous crime.

The climax is a bold and refreshing one where, supposedly, Aishwarya will fall for his abductor. The film co-produced by Reliance Big Pictures premieres 18th June in London with AbhiAsh gracing the event amidst the tsunami of screaming fans.

Since her first interaction with Oprah, they have stayed friends. Oprah is set to launch her channel with a big bash and Ash is on her priority guest list.”
